Return and exchange policy

– Return request email should be sent to us within 72 hours of receiving the order. Otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.

– Customers would be eligible for an exchange if the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original packaging and original tags ttached.

– Returns are completely free, the item should be returned to us within 7 working days.

– A customer will be given store credit for the price of the item returned excluding the shipping cost. Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.

– Returns are not applicable in the below cases :

1- Items that have been custom made as per the customer’s measurements. The customer takes the entire responsibility of the measurements sent.
2- Any Lingerie items.
3- Personal Care Items.
4- Perfumes & Scent Sprays.

– Returns are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.

 

Cancellation:

Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 15 working days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges. “
