Return Requests
All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period will be considered as acceptance that the item was received in good condition.
Eligibility for Exchange
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Undamaged
- Returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached
Return Process
Returns are offered free of charge.
Eligible items must be returned to us within 7 working days from the date of approval.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit, excluding any shipping fees.
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the original date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made items tailored to the customer’s measurements
- Lingerie items
- Personal care items
- Perfumes and scent sprays
Customers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of measurements provided.
Additionally, returns will not be accepted in cases where delivery has been refused.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be completed.
Kindly note that the refunded amount may be subject to bank processing fees.
